This is why energy clearing is very important. It allows safely to release all of the hurt that is being brought up.

Beginning of the ascension period was really difficult for me. I often felt as if it was all too much for me and there were several times when I thought about quitting.

Some of the best healing crystals to release negativity!

Adding crystals to help me clear my energy, gave me results faster and I noticed bigger changes.

Some of the best stones for releasing everything that holds you back are:

1. Black Obsidian

This is a powerful one. Brings everything to the surface so you can see it and let it go. Obsidian is also very protective and if you are an empath or sensitive, it will help you feel protected.

2. Sulphur

Sulphur helps to remove negative thoughts, emotions and barriers so you can move forward on your journey.

3. Smoky Quartz

Like Obsidian, Smoky Quartz helps you see what has been holding you back but it is more gentle than Obsidian.

4. Black Tourmaline

It will help you become aware and mindful of what no longer serves you ( negativity, anger, fear, hurt, blame, guilt) so that you can consciously let go and allow a new energy to take that space.

5 Rutilated Quartz

It cleanses and energizes your aura, reaching the root of your problems and facilitating change.

6. Aquamarine

Aquamarine helps to let go and move past anger, fear, old wounds and emotional patterns.

7. Citrine

Brings more joy into your life and protects from negativity. Encourages you to go with the flow.

How to work with crystals to release negativity that no longer serves you!

You can carry them in your pockets, wear as jewellery and place under or near your pillow.

Before you put them in your pocket or under your pillow, you might want to clear your crystals.

Clearing crystals allow them to give you maximum results.

There are several ways to clear your crystals!

* Smudge them with sage or incense.

* Place them on dry salt for a few hours.

* Use sound (Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas).

* Let sunlight or moonlight clear them.

* Use running water.

* Place crystals on Selenite.

* Bury in sand or soil.

* Pass through candlelight

Please note that some crystals don't like water. They can become brittle, dissolve in water or release toxins.

Celestite, Angelite, Lepidolite, Calcite, Selenite, Malachite, Turquoise, Chrysocolla, Hematite, Halite, Magnetite are all best to keep away from water.

If you want to, you can also charge your crystals.

You can place them on a window sill during the full moon or let the sunlight charge them.

I personally don't charge my crystals as I feel that clearing them is enough but try it out and see what works best for you.
