COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TWIN FLAMES!

Always connected!

As twin flames you are always connected and always together no matter what the current physical world reality looks like.

You can communicate with your twin flame anywhere and anytime. In fact you already are but you may not be aware of that if your psychic abilities channels are not opened. You most likely won't notice the communication that is already there.

We are all psychics, every single one of us. It is only a matter of opening up these channels so we are able to see, hear or feel the messages, guidance and signs that are being sent to us.

Communicating with a spirit!

There are four main ways to communicate with a spirit.

Clairvoyance (clear seeing)

Clairaudience (clear hearing)

Clairsentience (clear feeling/sensing)

Claircognizance (clear knowing)

Sometimes you will notice that one of these is the strongest one for you but it is possible to develop all of them.

For example, clairaudience is the strongest one for me, meaning I mainly hear messages and guidance from a spirit (including my twin flame's higher self).

All of these are most active right before you fall asleep and after waking up.

Opening up your psychic abilities channels!

One way to open up your psychic abilities channels is through meditation. To amplify the effects of meditation you might want to use a healing crystal. A powerful way is to meditate with a crystal on your third eye chakra.

There are many crystals that resonate with this chakra. Some of the strongest ones that I have used, are Amethyst, Tanzanite, Iolite, Sodalite, Lapis lazuli and Rainbow Moonstone.

Generally indigo colored crystals work well for this chakra but you can try different ones to see which one works best for you.

If your crystal is too big or has an irregular shape or is in jewelry form then you can always just hold it in your hand or wear as anecklace or a bracelet.

Why would you want to open up your psychic abilities?

It makes your twin flame journey so much easier and more fun when you are able to communicate with your twin flame's higher self.

You can ask questions from them, for example: "What can I do to help you awaken so we can reunite on all levels, including the physical world? You can ask them anything. They are always ready to talk and help you in any way they can. You can discuss your day or share your happy moments with them.

It will strengthen your connection and you will feel so much better being able to talk to them no matter where their physical self is or what they are doing in this in this 3D world.

It will also draw them closer to you in the physical world if you are currently living in separate countries or not talking.

The more you talk to them, the stronger it gets. Don't worry if at first you don't seem to hear anything back. Just like other things in life, it takes practice.

The answers to you questions may come as a song all of the sudden popping into your head, a picture or a post you see online.

Try not to look for answers. Ask a question and then let it go. The answer will come and if you feel like you missed it, don't be afraid to ask again. They don't mind. You can ask as many times as you wish.

Loving and kind messages!

Always remember that your twin flame's higher self will only give you loving and kind messages. They want what is best for you and do whatever they can to help you two come together in every reality. If you should hear a message or guidance that is not nice or is rude, then it doesn't come from your twin flame's higher self. There are different energies and spirits and not often but sometimes, it may happen that a communication with your twin flame will have an interference. Just ignore it and set an intention that you will only talk to your twin flame's higher self.

With practice you will learn to differentiate your twin from anyone else and as you raise your vibration, the communication will be easier and with much less interference.
